Night/Weekend Operations

Main Job Responsibilities
  • Cover weekend and holiday shifts
  • Provide assistance to drivers across the country
  • Dispatch available loads
  • Entry of information into the computer
  • Provide vital information to subsequent shifts
  • Advance money
  • Provide minimal coverage for maintenance, when closed
  • Provide phone coverage

Education and Experience
  • Obtaining a 4 year degree in Transportation and Logistics
  • 1 - 2 years in transportation would be helpful

Skills and Personal Characteristics
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Knowledge of the United States
  • Computer skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Knowledgeable with hours of service and DOT Regulations
  • Able to work independently
  • Flexible, willing to work some weekdays if needed
  • Dependable
  • Patient
