Main Job Responsibilities
  • Bullet PointCover all positions within the recruiting department to include: Recruiter, Marketing and Communications Coordinator, Recruiting Assistant, Recruiting Processor and Recruiting Associates.
  • Bullet PointHelp to Advance the Following: - Recruiting Process - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Etc. - Creating and updating job postings - Creating marketing banners - Measuring effectiveness - Barr-Nunn Driver Referral Program - Creating and distributing fleet communications and marketing materials - Surveying the current driver fleet - Identifying opportunities for improvement - The effectiveness of the Barr-Nunn corporate career website Assist with overall advertising, marketing and public relation process

Education and Experience
