Process all applicant background checks and reference checks
Communicate with and update recruiters throughout stages of the recruiting process
Source and process tracking
Answer phones and make outbound calls to applicants

1-2 years office work experience preferred
Accuracy and organization

Phone/Customer Service skills
Computer Knowledge/Excel/Word
