Create and assist with job postings on corporate and third-party career sites
Assist with the recruiting process of office/shop positions (interviews, references and background checks).
Provide support with the onboarding process for new office/shop employment, including preparing new hire packets and processing paperwork.
Review and process driver orientation paperwork.
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
Assist with organizing company celebrations
Additional HR/Payroll duties as assigned
High School Education required
Some office work experience required
1 year of Human Resources/Recruiting experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Able to work under time pressure and meet deadlines
Goal oriented with the drive to succeed
