Barr-Nunn has been conducting Electronic Data Interchange with customers for
years. In 2001, our development staff created a proprietary EDI management
system. Because our system was developed in-house, Barr-Nunn can quickly
customize the system to meet the needs of any trading partner.
Data can be transmitted through AS2, VAN (Value Added Network), your FTP site,
or potentially by other means. Offering EDI to our customers allows them to save
time and money by automating processes and eliminating paperwork. We offer the
following standard transportation EDI transactions:
 204 - Load Tender
990 - Load Tender Response
997 - Functional Acknowledgement
210 - Invoicing
214 - Load Status
864 - Text Message
