| Performance Bonus |
Owner/Operators choosing the Mileage Band Pay Premium Pay Package will receive a Performance Bonus*. This pay enhancement is designed to highlight the strong performance of our Owner/Operators. This Performance Bonus is not subject to pay cap rules.
Every 30,000 paid miles that you drive, Barr-Nunn will pay you a Performance Bonus. The purpose of the bonus is to recognize your achievements.
Payout Schedule
- During your 1st 120,000 paid miles you will earn a total bonus of $3200 paid out at $800 each 30,000 paid miles.
- Each additional 120,000 miles you will earn $3900 total paid out $975 each 30,000 miles.
* - Performance Bonus is not paid to drivers choosing the Pure Pay Package
