| After much Owner/Operator feedback, we are very excited to announce our next pay enhancement for all Owner/Operators. This pay enhancement is designed to highlight the strong performance of our Owner/Operators. This Performance Bonus is not subject to pay cap rules. Every 30000 paid miles that you drive, Barr-Nunn will pay you a Performance Bonus. The purpose of the bonus is to recognize your achievements. During your 1st 120,000 paid miles you will earn a total bonus of $3200 paid out at $800 each 30,000 paid miles. Each additional 120,000 miles you will earn $3900 total paid out $975 each 30,000 miles.
