- You must be at least 23 years old
- You should have 12 months of recent verifiable over-the-road tractor-trailer experience (if you do not have recent OTR experience but do in the last 36 months, you may be eligible for our driver refresher program)
- No DWIs in the last 7 years and no more than 1 ever
- No license suspensions in the last 4 years for a moving violation
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 4 years, with no more than 2 in the last 12 months
- No more than 1 preventable parking lot incident/accident in the last 18 months
- No reckless, improper turn, improper/erratic lane change, failure to yield right of way or failure to keep in proper lane citations in the last 4 years
- No driving too fast for conditions, 16+ mph speeding, following too close or careless driving in the past 3 years
- No felony convictions in the last 7 years, no violent or drug felony ever, no violent misdemeanor convictions ever
- Current CDL in your home state
- Pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen, and human performance evaluation
- No DOT reportable or on-road accidents in the last 4 years and no accidents where a fatality occurred ever
- No more then 6 jobs in the past 36 months
- No more than 1 gap in employment greater than 90 days in the past 18 months
- No driver OOS or false /no log book violations in past 3 years
- No drug test refusal or failure ever
