After much driver feedback, we are very excited to announce our next driver pay enhancement for all company drivers. This pay enhancement is designed to highlight our appreciation for our drivers. This Appreciation Bonus is not subject to pay cap rules.
For Solo Drivers Paid by the Mile
Every 60,000 paid miles that you drive, Barr-Nunn will pay you a $312.50 Appreciation Bonus. The purpose of the bonus is to thank you for your continued service. This is an additional $625.00 in your pocket every 120,000 paid miles in the form of 2 $312.50 bonus payment(s).
For Team Drivers Paid by the Mile
For teams that are mileage paid, we will count team miles toward the Appreciation Bonus. In other words, when a team together accomplishes 60,000 paid miles, a $462.50 payment will be made to each team member. If the team truck runs 240,000 paid miles in 12 months, each team member can earn an additional $1,850.00 per year!
Bigger Bonus for Senior Drivers!
Drivers who have been employed with Barr-Nunn for 9+ years will now receive a $462.50 Appreciation Bonus, instead of a $312.50 Appreciation Bonus. This is just one of our ways of saying "Thank You" for staying with us.
