This puts starting pay at $0.99/mi -$1.96/mi PLUS Fuel Surcharge. OO Teams earn Performance bonuses of $800 every 30,000 paid miles and CSA Bonuses of $450 every 30,000 safe paid miles. In addition OO Teams also earn pay raises of 1/2 cent per mile every 40,000 safe miles.

Cyndie first began her career as a Barr-Nunn driver in 1987, and though she left her driving job several times for other career opportunities, including a stint as a dispatcher at Barr-Nunn, she always came back to life on the road, feeling it was her calling. Asked what factors she attributes to reaching this landmark, Cyndie replied "You've got to have some luck but that's not all that's involved. Barr Nunn is just a good place to work.
