Pay Raises

Owner/Operators will have their compensation raised according to the following schedule.

Mileage Band Pay program with Hazmat endorsement on CDL
  • Safety increase of 1/2 cent per mile every 40,000 paid miles, up to the cap
Mileage Band Pay program without Hazmat endorsement on CDL
  • Safety increase of 1/2 cent per mile every 40,000 paid miles, up to the cap
